Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA classification is <= grade III; 2. Clear consciousness and able to express basic information normally; 3. Age 18 to 90 years old; 4. The nodule is less than 8mm.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Do not agree to participate in the researcher; 2. Patients who have been diagnosed with lung cancer; 3. History of using psychiatric drugs (including opioids, NSAIDs, sedatives, antidepressants), alcohol abusers.
