Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. All meet the ASD diagnostic and grading standards formulated by DSM-5; 2. Age 2-6 years old; 3. The legal guardian has informed consent, signed the informed consent form, and can accept the prescribed 3-month treatment and requirements; 4. Gesell developmental scale test: comprehensive developmental quotient <75 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 2. Genetic metabolic diseases such as: Rett syndrome, Fragile X syndrome; 3. Those suffering from serious systemic diseases, blood system diseases and infectious diseases; 4. Epilepsy; 5. Those who are allergic to mouse nerve growth factor; 6. The information is incomplete due to various reasons.
