Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old who are planning to undergo painless gastroscopy; 2. Body Mass Index (BMI, Body Mass Index)> 28kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cardiac and pulmonary insufficiency; 2. Nasal airway obstruction, nasal bone fracture, obvious nasal septum deviation; 3. Obvious abnormal blood coagulation function; 4. Traumatic brain injury; 5. Cerebrospinal fluid rhinorrhea.
