Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Pregnant women who are going to undergo cesarean section; ASA is classified as grade I ~ II; Primipara; The patient's coagulation system and blood routine were normal; Clear consciousness, able to read words and answer questions correctly; Voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of mental illness, neurological disease; multiple pregnancy; pregnancy complications (hypertension, diabetes); contraindications to spinal anesthesia; use of glucocorticoids during pregnancy and perioperative period.
