18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-80 years old; 2. Postoperative pathologically confirmed grade 4 glioma; 3. ECOG physical condition score: 0~1 points; 4. MRS+PWI after conventional postoperative IMRT indicates residual tumor; 5. Normal bone marrow function: white blood cell count > 4x10^9/L, hemoglobin > 90g/L and platelet count > 100x10^9/L; 6. Normal liver and kidney function: total bilirubin = 60 ml/min; 7. Patients must be informed of the basic content of this study and sign the informed consent; 8. Patients of childbearing age must take appropriate birth control measures (such as oral contraceptives).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Received head radiation therapy in the past; 2. Contraindications to CyberKnife treatment; 3. CT or MRI scanning is contraindicated; 4. Coagulation disorders; 5. With other serious diseases, it may bring greater risks or affect the compliance of the test.
