Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with ulcerative colitis diagnosed by colonoscopy and histological examination, the disease stage is in the symptom remission stage and the mild and moderate active stage, that is, the modified Mayo scoring system evaluation, with a score of >= 3; 2. Patients diagnosed for more than 6 months, aged 18 to 65 years old; 3. Have at least one smart phone, and be proficient in operating the phone; 4. Voluntarily participate in and be able to accept randomized trials, and sign the informed consent for the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Cognitive impairment, language communication impairment, etc. affect the communicator; 2. Patients who are participating in, or participating in other clinical research or psychotherapy within one year; 3. Those with severe primary heart, liver, lung, kidney, blood or serious diseases affecting their survival; 4. Women who are pregnant or are planning to become pregnant, lactating women; 5. Received hormone therapy within 4 weeks before enrollment; 6. Patients with severe malnutrition, vegetarianism, severe partial eclipse, or patients with obvious special dietary needs due to religious beliefs.
