7 Years to 14 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients aged 7-14 years; 2.Able to follow-up; 3.Diagnosed with as OSA patients; 4.Patients without hypertrophy of the tonsils or adenoids; 5.Patients with constricted dental arch or mandibular retraction (A point, nasion, B point (ANB>5).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Untreated caries, pulpitis; 2. Medication history related to sleep; 3. Other respiratory/sleep disorders other than OSA; 4. Systemic diseases (eg, systemic arthritis, etc.); 5. Abnormal temporomandibular joint; 6. Medical history, such as mental retardation, memory disturbance, or mental illness; 7. The included subjects have kinship.
