18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 80; 2. Clear consciousness and complete intelligence; 3. Systolic blood pressure >=140mmHg or diastolic blood pressure >=90mmHg measured three times on different days in the clinic, or the patient is taking antihypertensive drugs; 4. Chronic kidney disease stage 5, renal failure, glomerular filtration rate GFR less than 15ml/min/1.73m2; 5. Regularly receiving hemodialysis treatment for more than 3 months; 6. Have a smartphone; 7. Agree to participate in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Unable to take care of themselves, ADL score < 60; 2. Cognitive or memory impairment, MMSE score <27; 3. Visual or hearing impairment; 4. Those with a history of mental disorders; 5. Combined myocardial infarction or a clear history of angina pectoris, cerebrovascular accident, severe structural heart disease, large aneurysm or aortic dissection, second-degree or higher atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter or A history of clinically significant arrhythmia, malignancy, or life-threatening medical history of liver, heart, or lung insufficiency; 6. Patients with missing office blood pressure, blood pressure lowering drug medication records and required laboratory test data.
