Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for mild to moderate depression; 2. Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) score between 7 and 23; 3. Age 18 to 60 years old, gender is not limited; 4. Stop other therapies for more than 3 months before accepting this research method; 5. Those who voluntarily joined the trial and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with cerebral organic or other major physical diseases; 2. Patients with a history of alcohol or other substance abuse; 3. Severe dizziness; 4. Pregnant or lactating women; 5. Poor compliance, unable to perform treatment in accordance with the research regulations or unable to provide comprehensive clinical research data, which affects the judgment of clinical efficacy and safety.
