Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Aged between 18-65 years, meeting the ACR and EULAR 2009 diagnostic criteria for RA.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Currently participating in or participating in other clinical studies for the treatment of RA within 1 month before this study; 2. Women who are planning to give birth in the near future, or are pregnant or breastfeeding; 3. Combined with serious cardiovascular, lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system and other diseases; 4. Overlap other rheumatic diseases such as systemic lupus erythematosus, Sj?gren's syndrome, severe knee osteoarthritis, etc.; 5. Combined with severe extra-articular manifestations such as persistent high fever, interstitial pneumonia, renal amyloidosis, constrictive pericarditis, central nervous system vasculitis, etc., glucocorticoid treatment is required; 6. With active gastrointestinal disease, or peptic ulcer within 30 days prior to the study.
