Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Sign the informed consent; 2. 18-45 years old; 3. Natural birth or cesarean delivery; 4. No obstetric complications; 5. High compliance, complete treatment and follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The intelligence is abnormal and cannot communicate normally; 2. Have used related drugs or pelvic floor rehabilitation training; 3. Urinary system abnormalities, organic diseases and other underlying diseases; 4. Patients with neuromuscular disease, chronic cough, diabetes, chronic constipation, genitourinary surgery, pelvic organ prolapse and urinary incontinence before or during pregnancy; 5. 42 days postpartum screening found that the mother has one or more of the following conditions: severe organ prolapse (the anterior and posterior vaginal walls and/or cervix prolapse 1cm beyond the hymen border); moderate to severe stress urinary incontinence (moderate: abdominal Urinary incontinence occurs frequently when the pressure increases and when standing up, and needs to wear changing pads. Severe: urinary incontinence occurs when standing up or when the lying position changes, which seriously affects the patient's life and social activities); moderate to severe constipation (every less than 3 times a week, and affect life and work); patients with moderate to severe pain (VAS score >= 7 points).
