Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects: Patients aged >=18 years who were sent to the Department of Clinical Microbiology and Infection Control, The University of Hong Kong Shenzhen Hospital for testing from July 1, 2019 to June 30, 2021 were retrospectively retrieved and retrospectively reviewed. Detection of IFN-? autoantibodies; 2. Sample Size: At least 2000 samples will be tested. In addition to testing sera from patients with opportunistic infections that have been reported in our laboratory, samples from each of the following groups will be tested: (1) Healthy control group aged 18-65; (2) >65 healthy control group; (3) Patients with other underlying chronic diseases.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Unacceptable quality of archived sera sample.
