Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Case group: AD and MCI patients: Subjects volunteered to participate in the trial and signed informed consent;The first symptom is memory loss; 2. Control group: Subjects volunteered to participate in the trial and signed the informed consent; Other age - and sex-matched patients with no neurological disease and no family history of AD.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Case group: Sudden onset; Early onset of the following symptoms: gait instability, epilepsy, behavioral abnormalities; Dementia caused by other diseases: vascular dementia, frontotemporal dementia, Lewy body dementia, Parkinson's disease dementia, alcoholic dementia; Alcoholics; 2. Control group: Alcoholics
