Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) All patients were diagnosed by hysteroscopy, and intrauterine adhesions were graded according to AFS scoring criteria; 2) All patients had fertility requirements; 3) There was no abnormal ovarian function in all patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Ovarian, pituitary and hypothalamic amenorrhea are excluded; 2) IUA caused by endometrial tuberculosis, pelvic radiotherapy, uterine artery embolization or ligation were excluded; 3) Patients with severe complications of internal and surgical diseases and severe cardiopulmonary dysfunction are excluded; 4) Exceptions for abnormalities in physical examination and auxiliary examination; 5) Except for contraindicated drug use.
