Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. According to the International Society of Cardiology and the World Health Organization's Clinical Nomenclature Standardization Joint Task Force Report "Nomenclature and Diagnosis of Ischemic Heart Disease" to formulate standards, with a history of old myocardial infarction or coronary angiography/coronary CTA examination Confirmed that at least one coronary artery stenosis >= 50%. Confirmed by the patient's medical records (outpatient medical records/inpatient medical records), or confirmed as coronary heart disease by electrocardiogram, exercise test, echocardiography, coronary angiography, etc.; 2. Associated with at least one symptom such as low mood, decreased energy, restlessness, nervousness, decreased appetite, sleep disturbance, loss of interest or fun, etc., and scored by GAD-7 anxiety scale and/or PHQ-9 depression scale, Patients with at least one score >=5 and <=14; 3. Age and gender are not limited; 4. Taking Guanxin Danshen Dropping Pills; 5. Sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Acute left heart failure; 2. Cardiogenic shock; 3. Repeated chest pain with ST-T changes in ECG; 4. Pregnant or planning to become pregnant women, lactating women; 5. Data collectors are affected by mental, language and other factors; 6. Have taken other antidepressant and anti-anxiety drugs within four weeks before the test; 7. It is estimated that patients have poor compliance and are difficult to follow up; 8. Patients with serious primary diseases and dysfunctions of the lung, liver, kidney, hematopoietic system, immune system, etc.
