Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. For patients with pancreatic cancer confirmed by pathology, the diagnosis should be combined with pathology and imaging (CT or MRI) for comprehensive judgment; 2. Age above 18 years old, gender is not limited.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Clinical data (including medical records, imaging examinations, etc.) cannot judge the curative effect; 2. Those who have not perfected genetic testing and whose pathological samples cannot be used to complete genetic testing; 3. Those who are unwilling to provide or cannot follow up survival data such as PFS, OS and other data; 4. Those who cannot obtain the informed consent of the patient or his family.
