Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years old; 2. ASA I-III grade; 3. Plan to undergo thoracoscopic pneumonectomy (metastatic tumor resection, segmentectomy, lobectomy, pneumonectomy or pleuropneumonectomy); 4. Informed consent, willing to accept follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are allergic to related active ingredients or excipients; 2. Those with serious risk of elevated blood pressure or intracranial pressure; 3. Patients with poorly controlled or untreated hypertension (resting systolic/diastolic blood pressure over 180/100 mmhg); 4. Untreated or insufficiently treated hyperthyroidism; 5. Severe cardiopulmonary disease and liver and kidney dysfunction; 6. Those with a history of mental illness and drug abuse; 7. Impaired verbal communication, unable to express correctly; 8. Refuse to participate in research.
