Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged >=18 years old; 2. There is a need for CTA examination to assist in diagnosis and treatment; 3. Those who did not use drugs or treatments that affect renal function 1 week before the CTA examination.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Contraindications of CTA: contrast agent allergy, severe hepatic insufficiency, pregnant or breastfeeding women; 2. EECP contraindications: acute myocardial infarction, acute heart failure, severe aortic insufficiency, hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, malignant tumor with high possibility of metastasis, malignant arrhythmia with hemodynamic instability, pregnancy or breastfeeding women.
