Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Test group: 1. Aged 40 to 70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria for WMH and depression; 3. The total score of the 17 items of the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) is greater than 7 points, less than or equal to 17 points, and the self-rating depression scale score (SDS) is greater than or equal to 50 points; 4. Middle school education level or above, can cooperate with the completion of the neuropsychological scale evaluation; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent. Control group: 1. Aged 40 to 70 years; 2. Meet the diagnostic criteria of WMH; 3. The total score of the 17 items of the Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD-17) is less than or equal to 7, and the Self-rating Depression Scale (SDS) score is less than 50; 4. Middle school education level or above, can cooperate with the completion of the neuropsychological scale evaluation; 5. Voluntarily sign the informed consent. Healthy group: 1. Aged 40 to 70 years; 2. Middle school education level or above, can cooperate with the completion of the neuropsychological scale evaluation; 3. Voluntarily sign the informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from other serious neurological diseases, such as large-area cerebral infarction, cerebral hemorrhage, traumatic brain injury, brain tumor, intracranial infection, epilepsy, metabolic encephalopathy, white matter lesions induced by non-vascular factors, etc.; 2. Have a history of alcohol or other drug dependence or abuse, or a severe mental disorder, and a history of psychotropic drug use within the past 1 month; 3. There is obvious cognitive impairment (MMSE<=24 points), language or motor dysfunction; 4. Suffering from severe systemic diseases or insufficiency of vital organs; 5. Women who are breastfeeding or pregnant; 6. There are contraindications to MRI examination, metal in the body, claustrophobia, etc.
