Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Uterine leiomyoma was diagnosed by pathological examination; 2. Compliance with surgical indications; 3. The function of blood system is normal; 4. All of them are married and have children, and have no need for fertility; 5. Complete clinical data.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Steroid drugs should be used within 3 months before entering the group; 2. Pregnancy, or complicated with endocrine and metabolic diseases 3. Severe mental diseases; 4. Complicated with malignant tumor; 5. Incomplete clinical data.
