Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age >= 18 years old; 2. Signed the informed consent; 3. Patients with hand trauma treated with free flap transplantation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe vision, hearing impairment or unconsciousness who cannot communicate effectively; 2. Patients who refuse to participate in the study; 3. Patients with body temperature higher than 37.5? when entering the room; 4. Patients whose vital signs are difficult to maintain and ASA grade > III.
