Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.An occurrence of unexplained heart failure with LVEF <45%, presenting towards the end of pregnancy or in the 5 months after delivery in previously healthy women; 2.The follow-up duration was at least 6?months after diagnosis of PPCM; 3.All women were at least 18 years of age.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with valvular heart disease; 2. Patients with congenital heart disease; 3. Heart disease combined with ischemic cardiomyopathy; 4. History of malignant tumor.
