Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years old; 2. Hepatectomy of at least three liver segments; 3. Complete cases before and after surgery, complete TEG detection indicators; 4. No obvious anemia, infection and decompensation of renal insufficiency before liver resection (serum creatinine level <=177 µmol/L).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. There is obstructive jaundice; 2. Portal vein embolization or ligation before hepatectomy; 3. Combined liver division and portal vein ligation staged liver resection history. 4. Blood transfusion within 48 hours before admission; 5. Antiplatelet drug or anticoagulant drug treatment; 6. History of primary coagulation disorder (paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, polycythemia, idiopathic thrombocytopenia or hemophilia); 7. Pregnancy or postpartum.
