Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the 2020 Chinese Medical Association Diabetes and Diabetes Complications Diagnostic Standards.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary renal disease caused by severe infection, tumor, and autoimmune disease; 2. Fatty liver, hepatitis, bile duct disease, myocarditis, myocardial infarction and other diseases that lead to increased liver enzymes; 3. Recently taking hepatotoxic and nephrotoxic drugs; complicated with mental system diseases and blood system diseases; 4. Type 1 diabetes.
