Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with spontaneous supratentorial hemorrhage: head CT shows that the hematoma is located in the supratentorial cerebellum, except for patients with infratentorial or brainstem hemorrhage, the hematoma can rupture into the lateral ventricle, third ventricle or fourth ventricle, and may be accompanied by obstructive hydrocephalus; 2. Calculate the amount of intraparenchymal hematoma by head CT (ABC calculation method, intraventricular hemorrhage is not included in the amount of hemorrhage); 3. Glasgow coma score 3-8 on admission; the hematoma volume exceeds 30ml; 4. Time from onset to admission <= 24 hours; 5. The patient's age is 18-80 years old; 6. Agree to accept the test and sign the consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary brainstem hemorrhage caused by aneurysm, arteriovenous malformation, cavernous vascular malformation or tumor stroke was excluded by CTA or MRA or DSA; 2. Serious impairment of coagulation function, which cannot be corrected in a short time; 3. Multiple intracranial hemorrhage; 4. Severe craniocerebral injury; 5. Patients with severe late brain herniation (bilateral mydriasis is fixed, with or without spontaneous breathing); 6. Liver and kidney failure or combined with systemic malignant tumor; 7. History of mental disorder or neurological dysfunction in the past; 8. The follow-up has not been completed; 9. Pregnant patients; 10. Patients who are participating in other clinical trials.
