20 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Case group: Diagnosis of pelvic organ prolapse according to the Quantitative Classification of Pelvic Organ Prolapse (POP-Q); Control group: benign gynecological disease without pelvic organ prolapse.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Past cancer history; 2. History of inflammatory bowel disease or diverticulitis, gastric banding or bypass surgery, other gastric or bowel surgery (such as appendicitis) within the past 6 months; 3. Use of estrogen in the past 3 months; 4. Use of antibiotics within the past 1 month; 5. Known human immunodeficiency virus (HIV) infection; 6. Other investigators deem it inappropriate for this clinical trial.
