Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Type 2 diabetes without diabetic neuralgia group (DM): Patients who meet the clinical diagnostic criteria and have been diagnosed with type 2 diabetes for more than 6 months without diabetic neuralgia; Type 2 Diabetic Neuralgia Group (PDN): 1. Patients who have been diagnosed with diabetic neuralgia for more than 6 months in line with clinical criteria; 2. Carry out NRS score and DN score, DN score > 4 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Type 1 and special type diabetes mellitus; 2. Complicated with acute complications of diabetes, such as diabetic ketosis, hyperglycemia and hyperosmolar state or infection and stress state; 3. Complicated with hepatobiliary diseases, endocrine diseases (hyperthyroidism, Cushing syndrome, etc.), hematological diseases, malignant tumors, etc.; 4. Have taken antibiotics, gastric stimulants or prebiotics within 4 weeks before sampling; 5. Gastrointestinal diseases such as diarrhea 4 weeks before sampling; 6. Gastrointestinal surgery within six months.
