28 Years to 85 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The patients aged 28 to 85 years ; 2. Complete clinical data; 3. ASA grades are I-II grades; 4. The surgical site is the abdomen (including stomach, colon, and rectal surgery); 5. Preoperative MMSE score > 26 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Combined with uncontrollable diseases such as severe heart, liver and kidney dysfunction or malignant tumors; 2. Those with a history of neurological or mental illness; 3. Patients who take hypnotics, narcotic analgesics, antidepressants and anxiolytics for a long time; 4. Patients with coagulation disorders; 5. Poor compliance or unable to cooperate with the researcher due to other reasons.
