Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 to 89 years; 2. Meet the AWGS diagnostic criteria for sarcopenia (namely, the skeletal muscle content of the limbs: male =12s; grip strength Test: male 40 points; 4. Those who can complete the relevant test indicators.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to participate in the test normally due to severe cognitive impairment, mental illness, visual and hearing impairment; 2. Severe musculoskeletal system diseases (unstable limb fractures, joint tendon contractures, etc.); 3. Patients who have taken drugs related to this disease or underwent external therapy within 1 month before treatment; 4. Those who take weight loss drugs or glucocorticoids during treatment; 5. Those who have done regular and systematic exercise in the past year; 6. Those with obvious physical limitations or special problems with mobility issues; 7. Other circumstances judged by the investigator to be unsuitable for inclusion.
