18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed as recurrent epithelial malignant ovarian tumor through past medical history, clinical manifestations, physical examination, auxiliary examination, pathology, etc.; 2. The previous treatment achieved complete remission; 3. Sufficient tissue samples can be obtained; 4. Sign the informed consent; 5. ECOG 0-1 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient refuses DNA sequencing examination; 2. The patient refuses to use olaparib maintenance therapy; 3. The patient has contraindications to the use of platinum drugs; 4. The patient is in a life-threatening emergency state; 5. Combined with other malignant diseases; 6. The informed consent cannot be signed due to other reasons, and there is no other guardian agent; 7. Participate in other clinical trials at the same time.
