Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. All patients were diagnosed by polysomnography (PSG); 2. No history of rhinitis, sinusitis or asthma, no allergic diseases such as asthma, or being treated with hormone anti-inflammatory drugs at the time of the study; 3. No smoking history; 4. All subjects were over 12 years old.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with chronic diseases and systemic diseases such as diabetes, hypertension and poorly controlled patients, cardiovascular diseases and metabolic diseases; 2. Inhaled and / or systemic corticosteroid use, self-reported information on allergic or respiratory diseases that may affect fnno, FeNO and Cano measurements (allergic rhinitis, asthma and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease [COPD]), patients with current respiratory infection; 3. Do not agree to sign the informed consent form.
