Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Gene-guided therapy group: 1. Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension; 2. And the drug gene detection of hypertension was carried out; 3. Use the medicine under the guidance of the test results. Evidence-Based Medicine Treatment Group: 1. Patients diagnosed with essential hypertension; 2. No genetic testing for hypertension drugs; 3. Medication according to clinical guidelines for hypertension.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Secondary hypertension; 2. Liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. Heart insufficiency; 4. Diabetes, etc.
