Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with sleep snoring and nocturnal apnea as the main complaint are admitted to the hospital for polysomnography; 2. Aged over 15 years old; 3. Meet the diagnostic criteria of "Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Obstructive Sleep Apnea Hypopnea Syndrome (Revised 2011)", that is, repeated episodes of apnea and hypopnea more than 30 times during sleep breathing for 7 hours per night or apnea-hypopnea Index (AHI) >= 5 times/h; 4. The patient signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with a history of acute respiratory illness; 2. Have a history of upper respiratory tract trauma and surgery; 3. Those with severe speech impairment and cognitive impairment.
