18 Years to 75 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, with no gender limitation, and capable of autonomous behavior; 2. Meet the selection requirements of the case group or the control group; 3. Sign the informed consent form voluntarily.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe hypertension (180/110mmHg); 2. Complex arrhythmia, such as frequent atrial premature beats, atrial fibrillation, atrial flutter, complete bundle branch block; 3. Severe lung disease, chest deformity or surgery; 4. Patients with ventricular hypertrophy or dilated cardiomyopathy confirmed by echocardiography; 5. Heart valve disease, congenital heart disease, installation of pacemaker and insertion of drug pump; 6. Left main disease and coronary artery spasm, offenders with blood vessel diameter less than 2.5mm or microvascular disease; 7. Cardiac insufficiency NYHA grade III or higher; 8. Subjects who need to undergo nuclear myocardial perfusion inspection do not meet the relevant inspection requirements; 9. Pregnancy, intended pregnancy, and lactating women; 10.Participated in other clinical trials within 3 months.
