Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Inclusion criteria of pneumothorax subjects in case group: (1) Aged 80 points. (5) There were no chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease or hyperlipemia before operation. (6) No liver cirrhosis or other diseases affecting coagulation function before operation; (7) Preoperative cardiopulmonary function was good and compensatory ability was strong; (8) Informed consent. 2. Inclusion criteria of subjects with benign lung lesions in the control group: (1) Aged 80 points. (5) There were no chronic diseases such as hypertension, diabetes, coronary heart disease or hyperlipemia before operation. (6) No liver cirrhosis or other diseases affecting coagulation function before operation; (7) Preoperative cardiopulmonary function was good and compensatory ability was strong; (8) Informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Over 60 years old, KPS score < 60; (2) Patients with severe cardiopulmonary disease; (3) Abnormal blood routine, liver and kidney function and coagulation function, with surgical contraindications; (4) Unexpected changes in the condition; (5) Patient had a history of mental illness and was unable to cooperate with the study.
