Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. ASA class I-II, aged 18 to 65 years, BMI 90min; 3. The previous physical condition is good; 4. No obvious abnormal heart, lung, liver and kidney function; 5. No history of allergies and family genetic history; 6. No history of acute throat inflammation and airway hyperresponsiveness; 7. Patients and their families agree and are willing to cooperate.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with pharyngeal discomfort, upper respiratory tract infection and pulmonary infection before surgery; 2. Those with a history of asthma, chronic lung disease, tracheostomy, tracheal stenosis, tracheomalacia or other airway diseases with changes in laryngotracheal anatomy; 3. Patients with morbid obesity, oropharyngeal lesions and deformities (such as tonsil hyperplasia and hypertrophy); patients with first intubation failure; 4. Intraoperative application of nitrous oxide anesthesia; 5. The cuff is damaged during the operation, the position of the catheter is too shallow or too deep, and the catheter is prolapsed; 6. Postoperative choking and difficulty in extubation.
