Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Gestational age <32 weeks or birth weight <1500g; 2. Mechanical ventilation is required within 72 hours after delivery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Tracheal tube leakage > 20%; 2. Suffering from any disease such as congenital malformation, congenital heart disease, neonatal pneumonia, pneumothorax, neonatal sepsis, meconium aspiration syndrome, congenital metabolic disease, etc.
