Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meeting the WHO diagnostic criteria for osteoporosis, which is a decrease in bone mineral density of 2.5 standard deviations based on dual-energy x-ray absorptiometry; (2) Aged 60 to 80 years; (3) Regular treatment with anti-osteoporosis drugs; (4) No contraindications to or motor dysfunction; (5) Proficiency in the use of WeChat by themselves or primary caregivers; (6) Informed and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) patients with severe cardiovascular disease, history of cerebral or luminal infarction, liver, , neuromuscular disease, malignancy, etc.; (2) Patients with secondary OP; (3) Patients with regular in the last 6 months; (4) Patients with fractures, muscle strains or joint injuries that have not yet healed within the past six months; (5) Severe bone and joint diseases, acute inflammatory phase of bone and joint, skeletal deformities, etc.; (6) The presence of mental disorders, intellectual disabilities, etc.
