Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years; 2. Patients who meet the criteria for sepsis requiring invasive mechanical ventilation for at least 24 hours; 3. Treat sepsis and mechanical ventilation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The presence of severe chronic liver disease (Child-Pugh grade B or C); 2. Patients with chronic renal failure; 3. Patients with neurological diseases; 4. Patients with drug dependence, alcohol dependence, mental system diseases and cognitive impairment; 5. Pregnant women or patients allergic to remazolam; 6. Patients with severe myocardial infarction or heart failure.
