18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet the diagnostic criteria for SAPHO syndrome; 2.Intense radioactive uptake of related osteoarthropathy on bone scan; 3.Follow-up time >=12 months; 4.Aged 18 to 70 years.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Suppurative osteomyelitis; 2. Infectious palmoplantar pustulosis or palmoplantar keratosis; 3. Diffuse idiopathic hyperostosis; 4. Osteoarthropathy after retinoic acid treatment; 5. Gouty knee arthritis; 6. Severe liver and kidney disease; 7. Traumatic arthritis.
