Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18 to 75 years, without gender limitation; 2. Colonoscopic diagnosis and/or treatment are needed during gastrointestinal emergency and surgery; 3. Participate in the clinical trial voluntarily with the signed informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to the diagnosis and treatment of electronic colonoscopy: (1) Those with celiac aneurysm; (2) Patients with severe cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; (3) Advanced tumor with pelvic metastasis and (or) obvious ascites; (4) Severe and extensive adhesions after abdominal or pelvic surgery; (5) Combined with systemic hemorrhagic diseases, or those with abnormal coagulation function and bleeding tendency; (6) Female patients during menstruation. 2. Pregnant and lactating women; 3. Those who participated in other clinical trials one month before screening; 4. Those who have a history of allergy to anesthetics in the past; 5. Patients who are judged by the investigator to be unsuitable to participate in this trial.
