Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A clear diagnosis of connective tissue diseases (lupus erythematosus, rheumatoid arthritis, scleroderma, dermatomyositis, polyarteritis nodosa, Wegener's granulomatosis, giant cell arteritis, and Sj?gren's syndrome); 2. The patient consciously has obvious symptoms of dry mouth; 3. Within 1 month before and after diagnosis, use radionuclide dynamic imaging and static imaging to evaluate salivary gland function.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclude patients with overlap syndrome, other diseases of the systemic system, and acute infectious diseases of the salivary glands.
