Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Voluntarily sign the informed consent; 2. Patients diagnosed with insufficient keratinized gingiva around the implant by the attending doctor, with KW < 2 mm on the buccal side of the line connecting the midline of the alveolar ridge in the implant area, or KW < 2 mm on the buccal side of the abutment and implant; 3. Aged 18 to 70 years, and there is no gender restriction.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease or other diseases that may contraindicate periodontal surgery; 2. Heavy smokers (>10 cigarettes/d); 3. Have received gingival mucosal surgery; 4. Those who cannot return to visit in time or refuse to participate in this research.
