Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >= 18 years; 2.Applicable population of IC test method.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. For patients with hemodynamic instability, vasoactive drugs should be frequently adjusted within 2 hours before measurement; 2. With air leakage in thoracic cavity, such as thoracic drainage, air leakage at tracheotomy and hemodialysis treatment; 3. The breathing is unstable, the ventilator parameters need to be adjusted during measurement, or the steady state cannot be reached during measurement; 4. Oxygen absorption concentration is greater than 60%; Positive end expiratory pressure > 12cmH20; 5. Infusion of sodium bicarbonate during measurement; 6. Implanted cardiac pacemaker or metal and electronic devices (such as cardiac stent, metal prosthesis, etc.) installed inside the body.
