Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria for cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction in the 2018 Chinese Guidelines for the Diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke, confirmed by MRI or CT [13]; 2. Unilateral hemiplegia; 3. Aged 30 to 80 years; 4. Course of disease >= 3 months; 5. The degree of spasticity: the modified Ashworth spasticity classification was used to evaluate the muscle tension of lower extremity calf triceps > 0 and <= 3; 6. The motor function level was assessed as stage III-V by Brunnstrom method.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Botulinum toxin injections within three months or oral antispasmodics within two weeks; 2. Severe cognitive impairment; 3. Patients with bone and joint diseases, such as unhealed fractures, rheumatoid arthritis, osteoporosis, etc.; 4. Patients with bilateral hemiplegia and those with severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ diseases.
