Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with L4 and 5 single-segment LSS who fail conservative treatment for at least 6 months require surgical intervention; 2. MIS-TLIF surgical treatment; 3. The main observation indicators include intervertebral space height, lumbar mobility, lumbar function and pain improvement; 4. Using retrospective case analysis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Those with other neurological and spinal diseases (such as scoliosis, spinal fractures, spinal infections, spinal trauma, spinal tumors, rheumatism, myogenic diseases, pelvic and lower extremity diseases, etc.) affecting the follow-up results; 2. Patients with a history of spine and limb surgery; 3. Patients with missing imaging data.
