Tunnel GBR is not covered with membrane group:Bone augmentation through tunneling technology without covering the barrier membrane
Control group:Conventional flap GBR, covered with barrier membrane

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 65 years; 2.Patients with dentition defect or unretainable teeth, know and choose the implant restoration plan; 3.The level of alveolar bone in the clinically diagnosed restoration site is insufficient, and bone grafting is required; 4.Patients can tolerate bone augmentation and implant surgery and actively cooperate with surgical treatment; 5.The patients or the patients' family agrees to sign the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Uncontrolled periodontal disease or other acute inflammation in the oral cavity; 2.Uncontrollable diabetes and other systemic diseases.
