Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Aged 18 to 80 years; 2.Patients who have undergone gastric or intestinal surgery; 3.Can cooperate with nurses to use virtual reality operators; 4.Signed informed consent and voluntarily participated in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Pregnant or lactating women, mentally ill; 2.Patients with serious and uncontrolled organic diseases or infections, such as decompensated heart, lung, kidney failure, and other life-threatening diseases at any time; 3.Patients with intestinal obstruction, gastric or intestinal perforation, chronic enteritis and other diseases that affect intestinal function greatly; 4.People with a history of or high risk of gastrointestinal ulcer; 5.Use probiotics, yogurt or probiotics powder and other microecological probiotics, metformin, proton pump inhibitors and berberine in the last 1 month; 6.History of motion sickness, such as Meniere's syndrome or otoliasis; 7.Preoperative radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 8.Concomitant use of other experimental drugs; 9.Other clinical trial participants.
