Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients Age >=18 years old; 2.The diagnosis meets the diagnostic criteria for hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage revised by the Fourth Cerebrovascular Disease Conference of China; 3.CT imaging examination supports the diagnosis of cerebral hemorrhage; 4.Have indications for intracerebral hemorrhage surgery; 5.The first onset, and the onset time at admission8 points; 6.Stable vital signs.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Severe heart, liver, kidney and other organ dysfunction; 2.Combined with infectious diseases of the respiratory system or other infectious diseases; 3.Cerebral hemorrhage secondary to arteriovenous malformation, intracranial aneurysm or tumor; 4.Cancer, autoimmune disease, bleeding tendency disease; 5.Have a history of stroke and other neurological diseases; 6.Subarachnoid hemorrhage, primary ventricular hemorrhage, drug-induced hemorrhagic stroke.
