Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Five non-smoking patients presented to the Center of Oral Implantology, Stomatological Hospital, Southern Medical University undergoing implant placement were included in this technique illustration; 2..All patients were periodontally and systemically healthy; 3.Patients who can timely return visits; 4.Agree to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Systemic diseases (diabetes, hypertension, heart disease or other diseases for which periodontal surgery may be contraindicated); 2.Patients who take drugs that may affect the health or healing of periodontal tissues. Patients who use analgesics, anti-inflammatory drugs, steroids, antidepressants or desensitizers frequently; 3.Heavy smoker (>10 cigarettes/d); 4.Patients who have received gingival mucosal surgery; 5.During pregnancy or lactation.
